This is the expertise of Raimond Nicodem summarized in three words. Raimond started his career with the American company Prime, where he worked as a consultant. Between 1985 and 1987 he was seconded as Manager Business & Information Systems for the company in London. Here he led various departments for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In the following years, he fulfilled various MD roles.
In 1997 he switched to KPMG, where he was a partner between 1997 and 2003. He led strategic programs at KLM, NorthWest Airlines, Philips Medical, ABN AMRO, Fortis, KPN, UPC, and PostNL, among others. He was also chairman of the Centralization Group of KPMG (tax, audit, and consulting) and he was a member of the Innovation Policy Steering Group of KPMG Holding.

The above work forms the current focus of his company “Nicodem & Company”, which Nicodem founded at the end of 2002. As Chief Executive, he brings with him more than 35 years of international knowledge and experience in senior management and executive positions.
