After conducting a site survey for the US-based corporation, Raimond as general manager was responsible for the design and development of the European technical support center.

General guidance

Raimond had overall charge of this center and developed an electronic network linking the various European companies with U.S. parent organisation. Also by Raimond a centralized international relationship management system implemented. Among his activities also included the design and creation of a system for handling incoming telephone requests for help (customer services and service management) and the associated escalation procedures.


This center conducted the administration of the licensed products and recorded all sales activities of the European subsidiaries and distributors. Under Raimonds supervision a high optimization is achieved of international operations while getting better European acceptance by the corporate company. Current U.S. administration processes were amended before implementing them and getting them to work successful internationally.

Raimond was an enthusiastic initiator of promoting international contacts within the group. For this, many European and international seminars and discussions were held in his office.
